Tomáš Salinger, M.Sc., has been a successful teacher and swim coach since 2006.

For 8 years Tomáš was an Elementary School Swimming and Sports teacher at the Weberova School. Some of his hundreds of students have become successful competitive swimmers.

Tomáš also worked in many private swim schools. This is where he got the best experience in creating training methodologies for students of all ages and levels. He never stops his own learning and development, constantly keeps himself updated in modern methods of swim training. The Happy Swim® training concept and its methodology is a result of all this.

Based on his long term experience with child and adult swimmers of all levels and on his advanced training methodology, Tomáš is the perfect coach for every swimmer, who want to receive his/her own tailored training. He specialises in training of child andadult non-swimmers. He prides himself in being able to help literally everyone to get rid of fear of water and teach him/her how to swim. He also spends a lot of time training well advanced swimmers who need to get rid of some flaws in their swim technique while improving their efficiency.

Tomáš is a holder of the ´Swim Coach 3rd Class´ as well ´Water Rescue 3rd Class´ licences issued by the Charles University of Prague.

At Happy Swim®  Tomáš is a swim coach of private and group lessons for all ages and proficiency levels .

Senior swim coach

Magda has been swimming since 2008 as a competitive swimmer, intern and later a swim coach in her parent renowned swim club. She organised and led educationally a high number of summer swim camps within the club.

Magda´s top qualities are communication, patience and friendliness. Her lessons are always pleasant, calm and have avery positive feel.

Magda is a holder of the ´Swim Coach 3rdClass´ licence.

At HappySwim® Magda is usually the one looking after children and beginners. Her lessons can be had in English, Spanish, French or German.

Senior swim coach

Kryštof is an active competitive swimmer who has achieved many front positions mainly in Prague swimming competitions. He has been actively involved in his parent club since childhood, not only as a swimmer but since 2018 also as a swim coach. He has plenty of experience with training of children of all ages, he is also a holder of the ´Swim Coach 3rd Class´ licence issued by the Charles University of Prague

Kryštof is always in a good mood, very responsible and focused on detail. That is why he is great with children. With Kryštof your children will without doubt get the full care and attention they deserve and need.

Kryštof is our senior swim coach in lessons for children and even adults.

Junior swim coach

Petra has been involved in many sports since childhood,however, she has been swimming in a renowned swim club at a competitive level for more than a decade. Under the guidance of experienced coaches, who gave her a lot of advices and experience, she repeatedly took part in the Czech Championship, Czech Grand Prix and international swimming competitions. Later, she started participated in the team as a swim coach and helped with creating lessons content and organization of training sessions.

Petra is a ´Swim Coach 3rd Class´ licence holder issued by the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports of the Charles University Prague. She is a swim coach who is always responsible, smiling and friendly.

At the Happy Swim® swimming school, she leads individual and group lessons from beginners to adult experienced swimmers.

Ema Butáš

Junior swim coach

Ema has been a competitive swimmer all her life, and her sports career as a swimmer is thus very rich. She devoted herself fully to modern pentathlon, in which she competed at the European Championships as a junior and became a medalist in the Olympic Hopes race. She achieved significant success among adults levels and even competed in the World Pentathlon Championships.

In Prague, she graduated from the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports of the Charles University in Prague with a on water sports specialization.

Thanks to her experience, Ema is in charge of junior and adult swimmers at the Happy Swim® swimming school. However, she communicates very well even with the youngest swimmers, she is patient and knows how to get them excited about swimming. Ema also conducts lessons in English.

Martin Harenčár

Junior swim coach

Martin has been swimming competitively since the age of six in one of the most successful Slovak clubs. During his swimming career, he participated in the Slovak championship in all categories, where he was a member of the medal relays. He also participated in a number of domestic and international competitions. After the end of his racing career, he spent many years training, especially children's swimmers. Martin was active referee at swimming competitions.

Martin is a ´Swim Coach 3rd Class´ licence holder, as well as a ´Swimming referee 3rd Class´ and ´Water Rescue 3rd Class´ licences holder.

Martin works in HappySwim® as a junior coach for children and adult swimmers. He is a patient and kind trainer who enjoys a friendly atmosphere in the lessons. Martin conducts his lesson also in English.

Albert Uiblein

Albert has been dedicated to competitive swimming all his life, he achieved success mainly in freestyle and backstroke. Over the ten years he spent in two elite Prague swimming clubs, he regularly placed in the top ranks at competitions throughout the Czech republic.

His great strength is his patience and insight, thanks to which there is always a positive and motivated atmosphere in the swimming lessons. Albert is a holder of the ´Swim Coach 3rd Class´ licence issued by the Charles University of Prague.

At the Happy Swim® swimming school, he is a swimcoach for children's group lessons from the youngest kids and beginners to advanced juniors. Albert speaks fluent English.

Junior swim coach

Julie has been involved in competitive swimming since elementary school. For many years, she represented two traditional clubs in Karlovy Vary, where she achieved the best results in backstroke and breast stroke races. After obtaining her coaching license, she helped with the lessons of competitive swimmers.

She is a holder of the ´Swim Coach 3rd Class´ licence issued by the Charles University of Prague. She is also a student of the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics of the Charles University in Prague and has many years of experience in organizing international student seminars.

As a swim coach, Julie is always responsible, meticulous and friendly. At the Happy Swim® swimming school, she leads individual and group lessons from beginners to adult experienced swimmers. Her lessons can be had in English or German.

Alžběta at Happy Swim® takes care of communication with clients, organization of lessons, and you can fell free to contact her at any time with any queries about swimming with us.

Alžběta is herself an active and very good swimmer, she is currently studying at the Faculty of Finance and Accounting at the University of Economics and Business, majoring in accounting and business financial management. He speaks fluent English and Spanish.
